Conclusion
Pros :
- HD4830 and 8800GT are identical to each other, they both performs similarly
- 9800GT killer.
- The fan quiet good, performs well under load, not too noisy at under load.
- Highly OCable. When overclocks, it performs kinda close to HD4850.
- Cheap !! (RM380 - Czone) 30/1/2009

Cons:
- RV740 is around the corner
- The fan does not blow the heats outside the casing, so, good casing with good airflow is suggested.

Update 19 Jan 09 : added temperature for HD4830, lineout the result, added overclocked specs
Update 30 Jan 09 : Price of HD4830, changed the conclusion POV.
